SENIOR CARE LIVING COMMUNITY CHAPLAINS IS FOR YOU!
California Corporate Chaplains (CCC) provides Senior Care Living Community Chaplain support and care to your team members, residents, patients, and their families 24/7/365 by building relationships of trust and confidence through regularly scheduled visits to your senior community or SNF.
Company Leaders and Staff Members serving in settings of constant change with problems and opportunities: ensuring the well-being of residents and patients, furthering healthy relationships in and outside the workplace, and meeting the expectations of family members of residents and patients.
The demands on Team Members in caring for others is physically challenging and emotionally draining. During their regularly scheduled weekly visits, a CCC Senior Care Living Community Chaplain will be intentional and available to Team Members for brief discussions about life challenges or personal and family problems. Chaplains are available for longer discussions, usually during lunch, a break, at a home or other neutral site, before or after work hours.
Chaplains are an extension of the company’s care for every Team Member. CCC Senior Living Community Chaplains are in constant contact with the administrator, activities coordinator, and head nurse to understand the overall mood and changing conditions of the people connected to a facility. Chaplains connect with Team Members on every shift, bringing encouragement and building care relationships in every visit. Chaplains amplify the joyous times while providing uplift during times of sadness and depression.
