California Corporate Chaplains (CCC) serves small to mid-sized businesses, nonprofit organizations, and workplace teams across California that want to strengthen employee well-being, retention, and organizational culture.

Why We Serve

Workplace challenges do not stay at home. Employees carry stress related to grief, family responsibilities, financial pressure, health concerns, and major life changes into their workday. When these issues go unaddressed, they impact performance, morale, attendance, and retention.
California Corporate Chaplains exists to provide:
