CCC exists to bring consistent, confidential, and culturally sensitive chaplain support into workplaces, senior care environments, and community settings. Our Chaplain Network allows qualified chaplains to serve with clarity, professional boundaries, and purpose while remaining connected to a growing ministry and care organization.

Who We’re Looking For
We welcome applications from chaplain professionals who demonstrate maturity, professionalism, and a heart for service.
Ideal candidates may include:
Experience is valued, but alignment with CCC’s standards of care, accountability, and professionalism matters most.
Ideal candidates may include:
- Board-certified or associate chaplains
- Hospice, hospital, senior living, military, corporate, or community chaplains
- Strong listeners who value confidentiality and ethical care
- Individuals comfortable serving diverse populations in non-proselytizing environments
- Chaplains available for on-site, hybrid, or virtual support roles

What It Means to Be Part of the CCC Chaplain Network
Network chaplains are considered for future assignments based on regional needs, availability, and client requests.
Opportunities may include:
Participation in the network does not guarantee immediate placement. Instead, it establishes a professional relationship so CCC may contact you when opportunities arise that match your location and availability.

- Virtual emotional and spiritual support
- Senior living or community-based care
- Special response or short-term coverage needs

Independent Contractor Relationship
Chaplain Network roles are offered on an independent contractor (1099) basis when assignments become available.
Network chaplains:
CCC manages client relationships, scheduling coordination, and program structure.
Network chaplains:
- Maintain their own professional standing and insurance (if applicable)
- Provide services within CCC guidelines and client expectations
- Follow confidentiality, documentation, and reporting standards
- Serve only within approved assignments and scope
