Help Your Employees Win; Here’s How


When your employees win while at work, their overall level of confidence grows as does their satisfaction with their job.

And you know the positive impact this bring to your business.

First you can help them cope with the on-going issues of family, finances, illness, grief, stress, caring for aging parents, rebellious teenagers, conflicts with co-workers and the many other issues employees bring with them to work.

​Life has no regard for when or to whom trouble or surprise is dispensed. Your employees regularly face life’s surprises and often respond by becoming distracted and withdrawn.

You may recognize the signs as suspicious absenteeism, sudden or recurring illnesses, reduced productivity, or increased distractions while at work.

Each week I visit worksites and find more and more employees who have no real confidential relationship that they trust. Without a confidential trusting relationship they have no choice but to keep their stresses and problems locked away inside.

As your corporate Chaplain, I provide the opportunity for your employees to build a confidential relationship that they can trust with the issues of life they are facing.
