Our Chaplain Assistance Program (CAP) provides results-driven help and hope to company owners, managers and employees through a personal presence of care in the workplace. Because of our ongoing assistance and availability, our chaplains are more likely to be in a position to recognize an issue before it becomes a crisis.

The key to our service is:
Free to Employees: An organization/business contracts with and pays an outside corporate chaplaincy provider for the service. No extra fees to your employees.
Voluntary: Our professional Chaplains are available 24 Hours a Day, 7 Days a Week, 365 Days a year for any covered employee and their family who wants support, but no one can be forced to utilize the benefit.
Relational: Workplace/Corporate Chaplains spend regular time at a worksite building relationships with employees and getting to know them, which makes the chaplain assistance/employee care program provided by California Corporate Chaplains more effective and more highly utilized than traditional EAP.
Confidential: Chaplain Assistance Programs provide by a Corporate Chaplain company provides a neutral space for employees to share their struggles safely without having to fear that others in the office will hear about them. Chaplains will only break their commitment to confidentiality in situations where they are required to do so by law.
Available to people of all faiths or no faith tradition: Workplace Chaplains let employees who are interested initiate conversations about faith and spirituality. For employees who are not interested or do not bring up faith in conversation, Chaplains serve more like a life coach.
